Go to the bus depot closest to the bank that has the air conditioned waiting room. For 10 pesos you can take an air conditioned bus. They run about every hour, but I don't know if they stop on hwy 200. You can ask. Some of the buses out of LaManzanilla go there but thy make many stops and are hot.
