I am currently in the process of renewing my FM3 in the Manzanillo office. I have had my FM3 for 6 years but the Prorroga on the back is #1 - but I have been given the option of Permanent or continuing with FM3 for 2 more years.
I would suggest you use the Manzanillo office which is VERY helpful & accommodating rather than using the unknown PV office.
