There is only one Gringo Day, which is the gringo-funded day of the multi-day celebration of the ejido's founding (which I think is Feb 6) and is generally referred to as "Rodeo". Rodeo usually occurs around the first weekend of July, and Gringo Day is on the preceding Friday.
