Yoga, Pilates and Fun Friday Lineup starts Sept. 30

Hi Everyone! I will be starting the 2013-2014 schedule on Sept. 30 at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center, 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's. http://www.bendingtreeyogahealing.com/index.php/yoga/yoga-schedule We are very excited to add a Fun Friday Lineup to the schedule where we will have a different class each Friday at various prices. Plus, if you don't feel like bringing your mat to La Manzanilla, we always have mats available for use here for free. And, we are now giving the option to reserve a mat for the season for only 100 pesos. We will house the mat and clean it, but it will be yours for the duration of your stay. We also have new mats available for 200 pesos. 2013-2014 Schedule YogaPilates: Mondays, Wednesdays 9-10 a.m. YogaRevolution: Tuesdays 9-10 a.m. MeditationInMotion: Thursdays 9-10 a.m. Fun Friday Lineup: 9-10 a.m. We do have Pilates balls this year and will be offering it as a part of this series!
