arturo rodriguez would be a good bet ive been his friend for almost 25 years he built one house for me and several others ive seen over the years does good work and is honest i think his english is pretty good but he wont speak it to me he just likes to laugh at my bad spanglish he lives in town just ask around cause hes lived there most of his 50 years i have his email, tel, etc if you need it ill be in town oct 19th if i can help see yaaal beer barry
