We continue our YogaCommunity Classes this week at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center, 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's. These classes are Monday through Friday 9-10 a.m. for only 20 pesos. And, this week will be using the Pilates balls each day along with our mix of yoga and meditation. Looking forward to seeing you!
