There is no MRI in Manzanillo. I went to Dr. Echaurri there, and got a written precription for imaging, which you need first. He recommends an MRI place in Guadalajara, but I went to the clinic in Colima, which had very good service. I think the MRI of my knee was around 5,000 pesos. Here is the website: http://tomografiaaxialdecolima.com/web/ Enter their address into Google Maps and you will get directions. MRI is called Imagen por Resonancia Magnética in Mexico, or sometimes simply tomografía. The technical term that you will see on the internet is: Resonancia Magnética Nuclear, but I was told they are changing away from that term because people from el norte are frightened by the term "Nuclear".
