Get ready for a fun season of yoga to start Oct. 28

Hi Everyone! First, thank you for all your support of the YogaCommunity classes these last 2 weeks. They were super fun and I plan on having more of these classes throughout the season so look for YogaCommunity posts and also more announcements from the car of Pedro, the delegado . All YogaCommunity classes will continue to be 20 pesos and a fun mix of yoga, pilates, meditation and more. The regular season starts Oct. 28, with a really fun lineup of classes at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center, 130A Playa Blanca. YogaPilates: Mondays, Wednesdays 9-10 a.m. (some of these classes will include some Pilates ball work) YogaRevolution: Tuesdays 9-10 a.m. This class starts with a bit of strenght and finishes with restorative. MeditationInMotion: Thursdays 9-10 a.m. Allow yoga poses of deep stretching to bring you more in touch with your body, mind and heart. Fun Friday Lineup: 9-10 a.m. Experience a different class of fun and transformation each Friday! And at fun prices! Most classes will be 50 pesos, with the exception of YogaCommunity (20 pesos) and YogaGives (100 pesos).
