Hi Bob, On the rentals, if someone is looking for a rental they are welcome to post what they are looking for. The only requirement is for those responding to the person searching to do so by email and not on the message board. That guideline seems to work quite well with the exception of a few of the rentals (same ones over and over) who either can't seem to grasp the idea or go for the short promotion they get before I take it off, and constantly respond on the message board instead of by email. The real estate post are new, there were some a few months ago that I ignored now this one (above) and I can sense that a guideline may be needed before it becomes the La Manzanilla real estate board.
