It's a long, frustration-filled story, the details of which no one wants to hear. In brief: one Lenovo desktop went back to Sam's because the hardware was corrupted; the second because it wouldn't change to English; and the third, a Gateway from Office Depot, never actually left the store. I had to pay for it first, with the proviso that I was't taking it if they couldn't change windows 8 to English. I got a refund.
