In your and Georges situation it would be an unknown known - something you didn't know
someone else knew.

"Who knew you knew?" Well, he knew he knew and probably a couple others knew
he knowed. That may be unknown known unknown knowns - I didn't know he knew,
I didn't know others knew he knew nor do I know them.
