Problems with my email

To anyone who has emailed me in the last few days, and didn't receive a reply, please know that I have tried. Hotmail/Outlook is being very troublesome, tells me that my emails are being sent, files them in the "sent" folder and then doesn't send them. Any suggestions on a better email server?
