Hi folks. Yoga with a Qi King flavor begins this Tuesday November 19 and Thursday the 21 at Casa Luz. Yoga with breath, flow, restorative and energy building. All levels welcome. Every Tuesday and Thursday at Casa Luz, 9 to 10:30 am. Look for a Saturday classes starting mid December. Rieko and Brenda are also available for acupressure massage very soon.
