Check out our package deals and class descriptions here: http://www.bendingtreeyogahealing.com/index.php/yoga/yoga-schedule I am happy to announce that, as a part of the La Catalina Foundation programs I'll be teaching a free yoga class for the elementary school kids at the La Catalina Foundation building on Mondays, starting Nov. 25 from 5 to 5:30 p.m. Also, YogaCommunity classes will begin again on Saturdays, starting Nov. 30 from 9 to 10 a.m. This class will be a fun mix of meditation, flow and restorative yoga and is only 20 pesos!
