Need a Chicken...or some eggs

I love living in my corner of La Manz. Today these two guys, Cesar y Daniel, showed up with pictures of a burl table they wanted to sell. I didn’t want a table, but when they said they were from Los Ingenios (the village across the highway), I told them I needed organic eggs and chicken, and asked if they knew anyone with some to sell. They showed up an hour later with 10 eggs, (not cleaned, with a few feathers on), and a chicken, all cut up and plucked. (glad my Spanish is good enough that I didn’t get a live one delivered!) They charged me 150 pesos, and told me there weren’t many eggs available now, but lots of chickens. Without a car, it’s so great to get all these neat things delivered to my gate. Does anyone have a good recipe for chicken feet?
