Car rental recommendations?

We're renting a car in PV this year and we're thinking about renting from Europcar. Has anyone had a particularly great or terrible experience with this car rental company or other companies who would be willing to share them with us? We're looking for a budget priced car, of course! Thanks for the help. Sylvia
