What does it all mean ?

There is now a new stone wall at the south-end of Arroyo Seco's Playa Grande which is the north-end of the El Tecuan property. Effectively, the large coast line from the South-end of Arroyo Seco, thru El Tecuan, and on down the coast to and including Tenacatita, are blocked off from the public. What a coincidence.
