I wish to express my appreciation to the visionaries who persisted in the efforts to have an ambulance available for emergencies. I had occasion to need it a few days ago. The volunteers were most helpful including contacting the Cihuatlan hospital so that when we arrived 4 people, a doctor and nurses were waiting for us. The system works and for me who speaks practically no Spanish, reassuring. The driver spoke English and my friend Claire filled in the gaps. Thank you.
