You're right about the many positive uses for aspirin, but it is also a medication that greatly reduces the effigy of platelets in preventing clotting, which is their primary function. Aspirin should never be used for pain r.t. Dengue, or by anybody who is at at risk for any bleeding disorder (ulcer, etc.). Same for Ibuprofen. Acetaminophen doesn't increase bleeding, but is very liver toxic. Same as alcohol, so together they're dangerous.
Sorry to sound so negative, but I already knew all of that and still got it reinforced (invulnerability, you know) in a really unpleasant way. Be very careful with any pain medication.
