Once had luggage not arrive on Alaska Airlines flight into P.V. we gave them directions to our house, third house on the street, no number at that time, really not expecting they would deliver even if luggage was found. Two days later a Mexican couple arrived in an older, well used van, smiling delivered said luggage with everything in tact. Our house is beyond the town in Arroyo Seco, I was truly amazed. If they left good information perhaps they will have the same good(in the end) fortune.
