La Manzanilla del mar is not the little Apple . Manzana is an apple. Manzanita is sometimes a small apple (sp. in spain). La manzanilla is also camomile. But from what i have been told....The river (by playa Blanca) was surrounded by trees .....which were called arbol de manzanilla de la muerte (or manchineel tree). very toxic......d o not touch even) my 2 pesos..........
