Happy New Year to all. Palapa Sol y Mar will be open for New Year's Day starting at 6 P.M OUR MENU Chiles en Nodada just as promised. Last season I was unable to prepare, due to a health issue.This traditional mexican dish that has been in our culture for more than 100 years. Come and hear the story and enjoy the dish that has the colors of our flag. Puerto Rican Sandwich served with puerto rican rice and salad Chiles Rellenos stuffed with shrimp and cheese served with refried beans and salad. Stuffed Marinated tender pork loin stuffed with mushrooms bacon onins and garlic topped with nuts and almonds. Served with potato skins and Pear and pomagranate salad.
