scorpion sticky traps

Anyone had experience with sticky traps or other traps for these cuties? I am looking for alternatives to poisons. I am still on the northside and can bring something down if not available in town. All I can think of is the search and smash technique. I have read about jars with objects placed on top so as to create narrow slither access into a dark place, maybe some bait in the jar? Think! Yes, I will buy some anti histamine when I get there and use a flashlight and my glasses for nightly wanderings. They are nocturnal also. Have a wonderful year in 2014.
