buses from Barra?

Hi all,
I am coming to la manzanilla from San Miguel by bus and wondered about the best route. It seems from Guadalajara I can get a bus to Barra. I am curious if there are local buses from Barra to La Manzanilla and the hours they run?? Any info would be much appreciated! Thanks so much
