The last bus is at 4:40 after that you will need to take a cab about 140 pesos. Bus 15 pesos. You can catch in front of the bus station on the side with the air conditioned waiting room. But you need to be outside as it is easy to miss. Check for gringos and they can help you. If too many buses in front of the station walk down the same side of the street a block or two to catch it.
