I think the problem may have been solved. downtown on January 3rd I saw a truck pulling a trailer that had a large yellow ATV with some pretty heavy damage to it's front end. In the truck was a rather crestfallen young man in the passenger seat. Hopefully he did not injure anyone. Perhaps Daddy will meet out some "guidance" in taking more responsibility in driving and coming up with what looked like a couple of thousand dollars for repairs.
