ATMs: Narrowing it down?

Hi: I was just thinking that we should narrow down who is having trouble and where their card is from (without giving too much away). And perhaps those not having a problem could post as well. I suggest that you just post where you're from and if you had success in Melaque or not.

I'll start it out. Vancouver Island card (Credit Union...I don't mind posting that but some might not want to...so don't). Last Monday and Wednesday no problem.
