When Banamex in Melaque is low on cash it only gives cash to Banamex card hoders. On Saturday we could not get cash from atm in Melaque and went to Banamex in Cihuatlan and had no problem. We are using Canadian TD debit card. Our Mexican friend advises opening a Banaxmex account and transferring money on line. As long as you have 3000 pesos inthere there are no bank charges. May justdo that.
