Went in fri. no go on 2 cards US. debit. they were loading the atm when we left. it said it would be working in 20mins. we went to the unhappy cow to get some carne. got back, still no luck. so we parked our asses a Roosters for a few beers, and after 5 or 6 trips to the bank, still no luck. my guess that 90 to 95% of the people both gringos and Mexicans did not get $. sad state of affairs for the no. 1 bank in mexico. my last trip out the bank door I said to all in line"well I have just enough $ for a bottle of vodka and some naranjas". some thought it funny, but others did not: only because they did not have the $ for the boose and the mix. i'll try again manana adios paco
