apt for rent 2/16 until March 16

Last year we rented an apt in Brisas del Mar for 9 weeks. I have to return home early for a hip replacement and have to give up the last month of our stay. Since we have paid in full, we do not get a refund unless someone rents it. If you know of anyone who wants a place, please check the website at http://brisadelmar.info/ We have unit 1, a 2 BR, 2 Bath unit. If you are interested, please let me know so I can talk to the manager. We would love to get some of the cost refunded. Thanks.
