In any case I usually don't take them lightly.
I understand the disappointment and frustration Mr. Bell has voiced and concur to a point.
I'm concerned that possibly his lashing out may be a bit much.
As customers, first and guest cooks secondly, we have repeatedly enjoyed great service and tremendous meals at Chantli Mare since they first opened.
People in the restaurant business know sometimes a painful meltdown happens, despite best efforts and intensions. It can be hard pill to swallow but you must take criticism when and where earned.
Chantli Mare has served thousands of great meals
pleasing thousands of diners. I have never seen any food or sanitation issues that warrant the harsh comments posted by Mr. Bell. Chef Greg and owners Roberto and Ibett go to great lengths to serve only the best cuisine with the finest and freshest ingredients available.
I know that everyone at Chantli Mare and Jimmy's Real Smokey Southern Barbecue extend an invitation to the Bells for 2 complimentary complete Rib Dinners at their convenience. I'm confident beverages of their choice will be included.
Last night was a exception, I think we will not see a repeat.
