Absolutely it's a review. It's a report of an actual experience. Sounds like a service problem to me. Looks like other than the reservation done and confirmed perfectly, everything else went sideways. To drive to an excluded spot, like that, and be treated like that? They dropped the ball big time. Sounds like Mr. and Mrs. Bell were indeed very patient and tried to correct it and it was still badly handled. If they were hiding, they knew they screwed up. They food may indeed by exceptional, but it requires a total package to be a winner. Craig has every right to address it here in this forum. Freedom of speach, please and thank you. I am sure Robert will take the necessary steps to corrrect this because now he knows it's on the table. A good business man looks forwards to honest reviews like this, not nips it in the bud. Thanks Craig.
