Ribs dinner at Chantli Mare is apparently handled by another person that brings it in. However, if your looking for great ribs you can get locally made at Mary Joseph and Jesus right here in town, I had them at a party and they were great, I understand they are done only one night a week, Friday and they have a singer that night. You are right, restaurants must be consistent to keep our business and running out of the specials before the people with reservations have been served is a major no no. So is bad service and long waits without explanation.
