vicious dog near Fiesta Mexicana

Is there any information about the dog that lives slightly north of Fiesta Mexicana, it is a medium sized female, brown and black with a broken stump of a tail. 2 days ago , it attacked our dog (the gentlest Doberman you could wish to meet) as she was running along the water ( the furthest she could have been from that dog's home). This dog attacked from behind, without provocation and without any warning and took a chunk out of our dog. I am writing this to caution other dog owners who might not know of this dangerous animal.
