No, the four dogs you saw being walked last night are not beach dogs. They belong to Jorge and Rosario, former owners of "Charlies". Most of us old timers have know this family for years. The dogs were being walked by the son, and even though they are very strong dogs, they are under control and are family pets....not dangerous. This family lives in the south part of town, in the area of the football field.
