Whale watching

We went whale watching this past Monday with a great group of people we didn't know, lead by Dave Collins, out of La Manzanilla. Dave was fun, professional, and very knowledgeable about the whales we were about to see. We set out at 8:30 am with obviously no garantee to see whales (since it's not Sea World, thank God) but within 10 min we were being awed by a mom and baby humpback. We were able to cut the engine and watch them play and swim, not far from the boat. We spent 3 lovely hours on the boat enjoying the whales, birds, fish and even a sea snake that swam by the boat. Wonderful day!! Thank you again dave.
