AMBULANCE update

I am requesting some info from Dan Crosby re: the local ambulance and crew. Please list he names and title(EMT,Paramedic)for the ambulance crew. Is Noemi the only one who speaks English? Since the local ambulance has been unavailable for a while, what can we expect if we call our local ambulance number? I believe transportation will be by pick up truck. ?IV, Back board, splints, what meds, oxygen, defibrillator, etc? What if the person can not sit up and needs stabilization laying down? Should we call the local number so they can arrange an ambulance--or call 355-2300(Melaque) or 355-6375(Civil Patrol)or 065(Cruz Roja? Thanks Dan.
