Thanks Dan for this update. Nice to know the wheels will be turning again soon and the ambulance will be back in town. There is a nice secure feeling in knowing that these guys have the knowledge to help in so many given situations. And to Terry, thanks so much for all your help. Although I did not meet you, yet, you are amazing! Dan wrote of the expense of running the ambulance not only for materials needed but also the gas costs. I know that in the States one can have ambulance insurance...here that is not the case. It has been my experience that one pays for the ambulance through a donation to the driver who then funnels it back to the operating costs. So to those who have used or will use the ambulance, think of making a donation towards the cost of getting you to your destination.
