Valerie, Here's a little trick I learned. If the TV is turned off and set on a station which the satellite does not recieve it will say it's signal is lost. So, which it to a station say 300 which you know works and see if that is the problem....just a thought. It has worked for me. If that doesn't work then go on line to Shaw, lot and ask for a refresh. By the way ours is working fine.
