The reboot may work, as Dan suggests. When you do it, leave receiver off for a couple of minutes, then turn on and hold the on button in the on position for 30 seconds. Don't ask me why, but that is what the Shaw techs told me to do. Unless youe dish is loosely attached to the wall, there is no reason to have to reposition it. Last resort, call Shaw. Their service over the phone is very good now. Don't say you're in Mexico. |
