Money Xchg from Manzanillo airport

We have friends arriving at Manzanillo Airport and we'd like to advise them about money exchange. Do you know if the ATM in the Manzanillo airport is reliable, and if there is a limit as to how much they can take out? Is there an additional charge to ask the taxi driver to stop at a bank in Cihuatlan and/or Melaque? As non-Spanish speakers, will they be able to operate the ATM easily?Thanks!
