Bike Lock Found

I found a very strong, very nice braided steel cable bike lock laying in the street in front of my house this morning and it had to have fallen off of a bike at about 7:40 a.m. Detenator Brand 30" long x 3/4" diameter black coating 5-digit numerical locking device. We are located at 169 Calle Manglares, 1 story green house. Our phone number is 351-5685. The lock is sitting on top of a round table in our front garage area.
