You are invited to a women only, very gentle, introduction to the "Temescal" (Aboriginal Mexican Sweat Lodge) on Tuesday, Jan 28, 2014 at sunset (6:45 pm). This ancient Mayan and Indian technique basically consists of some hot rocks creating steam in a central pit with women seated in a circle around it. The four leaders, each one sitting in one of the four direction, leads one round apiece. Each round focus' on releasing physical, mental and emotional energies. The four leaders are Mabelle, Julie, Nansee and Myranda. As space is limited, please contact one of the leaders to reserve a spot.
