Also note that Jupitar and its 4 visible moons are spectacular all through the night. Visable as the brightest object as soon as its dark in the western sky and walking slowly to the south near orions belt as the night goes on. A cheap telescope will clearly reveal all 4 moons and the 2 red stripes across the huge planet that line up with the moons. Saturn is next on stage and will be visible soon on the western horizon just before the sun comes up. Im not sure why but the La Manzanilla skys are much better veiwing than Canada. |
