Judy, this pup looks like a friendly mutt we just started seeing a few days back hanging around town and the beach near Daniels and nearby. Sorry I have no clue to the owner, but I think he may have been lost for a few days. The pup I am thinking of has not been fixed yet, at most a couple of years old. Rojo
