Sunday Feb. 2, 10am - 1pm. Casa Azul, 67 Playa Blanca across from Martin's Restaurant. Transform your relationship with your body and Yoga... by moving from the inside out, supported by an all-encompassing embrace with the universal energy field. This workshop may be of interest to both Anni's and Brenda's students as I share some of the same "anti-gravity" and Chi Kung roots. I combine these with movement along connective tissue lines (Anatomy Trains of Thomas Myers) to create a standing wave that floats you weightlessly into Yoga poses while steering with chi meridians.
