Move your whole Body Mind Soul… into fun-filled Bliss. Dance, kick, stretch, laugh to awesome music! Discover more of yourself through movement... and seduce the Universe. Bring a mat or blanket for Floorplay at end. Regular class will be Friday Jan. 31st at 9am on the roof-top palapa at Casa Azul, 67 Playa Blanca, across from Martin's Restaurant. The following week morning tides are favorable so we can hold special Nia classes at the south end of the beach at 9am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Yay!
