Participate in Inner Moves Retreat Week

Two of my students from BC are here on a movement meditation retreat until Feb. 9th and the public is invited to join in many of the Somatic Yoga, Nia and Hawaiian Hula classes. You are welcome to join in all the Nia classes - they are led at low tide on the south end of the beach. If you attended the introductory Inner Moves Somatic Yoga workshop on Sunday you are welcome to attend all the Yoga classes on the palapa at Casa Azul, 67 Playa Blanca across from Martin's Restaurant. If you know Hawaiian Hula basics, you are welcome to come to Advanced Sunset Hula; if you have no previous experience there is one Beginner's Sunset Hula offered. Hula takes place at low tide at the south end of the beach.
