A proposal passed one house. Second house needs to pass before it can be put up for a States vote and a clear majority of States need to approve. If it happens it will be headlines .... not some message board rumor from a maybe Lic. Like she says .... >>>>> It may be prudent at this stage just to wait for that law to go into effect.
