Banamex not paying CFE ?

Friday when leaving my house CFE employees outside ready to cut my power. Showed my recent receipt showing paid electronically, was told to see Banamex. Went today and was told Banamex no longer paying CFE bills, needs to be done direct. Anyone else hear this story? Did I miss something?
